Following its establishment, the Kosovo Padel Federation immediately began working toward the international recognition of padel in Kosovo and the integration of the federation into the global padel community.
The federation initiated the application process to become a member of the International Padel Federation (FIP). With the valuable support of the former President of the International Padel Federation, Mr. Daniel Patti, the Kosovo Padel Federation successfully completed all required documentation and fulfilled the criteria necessary for admission as a new national federation.
On July 7, 2023, during the General Assembly of the International Padel Federation held in Rome, Italy, Kosovo was officially accepted as the newest member of FIP. This milestone represented a significant step forward for the international positioning of padel in Kosovo and provided additional motivation to further develop and promote the sport beyond national borders.
Since joining FIP, the Kosovo Padel Federation has actively participated in international competitions and events. One year later, Kosovo was represented at the European Padel Championships 2024, held in Oslo, Norway. In 2025, the national team continued its international presence by representing Kosovo at the FIP Padel Euro Cup in Madrid, Spain. In parallel, the federation has consistently supported and facilitated the participation of Kosovo athletes in various FIP tournaments organized across different European cities.
These international engagements demonstrate the federation’s commitment to competitive excellence, international cooperation, and the continued promotion of padel at the European and global levels.
