Growing the Future of Padel: Youth Development & the First Padel School in Kosovo

Latest News

In 2024, a major milestone in the development of padel in Kosovo was achieved with the opening of the first official padel school for kids, located at Be All Padel Center in Prishtina. Led by certified padel coaches, this initiative marked the beginning of a long-term commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting padel from the grassroots level.

Since its launch, the number of children actively participating in padel has grown significantly. The Federation has organized mini-tournaments for kids, introduced padel into schools and sports universities, and launched awareness campaigns to make the sport more accessible and appealing to the younger generation.

As a Federation, our biggest focus is on the development of padel for children and juniors—the future athletes who will one day represent Kosovo on the international stage. To support this vision, we are actively working toward integrating padel as an official subject in sports universities across the country.

This youth-oriented strategy is being implemented in close collaboration with key national institutions, including the Kosovo Olympic Committee, the Federation of School Sports, and the Federation of University Sports. Together, we are developing specialized programs tailored to children’s physical and technical development in padel.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of another padel school at the newly launched Padel Zone in Prishtina, scheduled for 2025. This new facility will allow us to expand our reach and continue building a strong foundation for the next generation of padel athletes in Kosovo.
