The Kosovo Padel Federation is proud to announce a series of upcoming educational and certification programs aimed at strengthening the
foundations of padel in Kosovo and developing future leaders in the sport.
Starting this year, we will launch the Padel Coach Certification Course and Referee Certification Course in official collaboration with the
International Padel Federation (FIP). These programs are designed to
elevate the standard of coaching and officiating in Kosovo, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
In partnership with the Kosovo Olympic Committee, we will also organize key development courses, including the Sports Administrator Course and
the Advanced Sports Management Course, both of which are vital for building effective and sustainable sports institutions.
Additionally, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport of Kosovo, we will introduce the ‘Trajneri Sportiv’
(Certified Sports Coach) program, which will provide a formal pathway for individuals looking to pursue careers in sports training and development.
These initiatives are just the beginning. Many more educational events and professional development programs will be organized under the
leadership of the Kosovo Padel Federation, all aimed at enhancing the capacity of the federation and accelerating the growth of padel across
the country.
