Since its establishment, the Kosovo Padel Federation has prioritized the development of youth and junior players, organizing numerous events and initiatives to introduce padel to children and young students. These programs have been conducted in collaboration with public and private schools, sports universities, local clubs, and dedicated padel schools, creating opportunities for young athletes to engage with the sport from an early age.
Looking ahead, the federation has ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond, including:
- Youth tournaments for children and junior players, designed to provide competitive experience and foster talent development
- Expanded support for clubs to open padel schools and academies, ensuring structured training programs for the younger generation
- Integration of padel as a new subject in sports universities, creating academic pathways for students to learn, train, and specialize in the sport
- The creation of a Students Padel League, providing regular competition and a platform to identify and nurture future national team athletes
Through these initiatives, the Kosovo Padel Federation aims to establish a long-term development pathway, ensuring that children and young athletes who start playing padel today will be well-prepared to represent Kosovo at the national and international level in the future.
By investing in youth programs, schools, and university partnerships, the federation is committed to promoting padel across Kosovo and creating a sustainable pipeline of talented players for generations to come.
