The Federation operates through a structured and professional organizational framework to ensure transparent governance, effective decision-making, and sustainable growth.
The Federation’s governance is composed of several key bodies, including the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Council, the Chairman, and the Secretary General. Each of these entities plays a critical role in managing the strategic, administrative, and operational aspects of the Federation, ensuring that all activities align with national and international standards.
In addition to these governing bodies, the Federation operates through a series of specialized commissions and committees, each dedicated to a specific area of the sport. These include, but are not limited to, the Referees Commission, Coaches Commission, Competition Commission, Marketing Commission, Normative Acts Commission, Complaints Commission, Disciplinary Commission, as well as committees overseeing Clubs & Volunteers, Media & Communications, and Laureates & Awards.
Each commission and committee is staffed by professionals in their respective fields, contributing their expertise to strengthen the Federation’s capacity and support the growth of padel in Kosovo. Through this structured approach, the Kosovo Padel Federation continuously improves its governance, develops athletes, promotes the sport, and expands its presence nationally and regionally each year.
