Jusuf Kika
Secretary General – Kosovo Padel Federation
Jusuf Kika is one of the pioneers of padel in Kosovo and a key figure in the sport’s introduction and development in the country. With a lifelong involvement in sports, he began his career as a professional football player and later obtained UEFA coaching licenses, working as a football coach for youth programs.
Since the arrival of padel in Kosovo, Mr. Kika has dedicated his expertise to establishing and developing the sport at all levels. He played a central role in founding the Kosovo Padel Federation, oversaw the opening of the country’s first padel courts, and led the operational work required to secure Kosovo’s membership in national and international sports institutions. He became the first certified padel coach in Kosovo and founded the first padel school to introduce the sport to children and youth.
In his role as Secretary General, Mr. Kika has been instrumental in creating the first national padel league, organizing over 40 national and regional tournaments, and supporting the development of multiple padel centers across Kosovo and the Balkans. He has also worked on several national and regional projects to strengthen padel infrastructure, business models, and youth engagement.
Beyond padel, he is active in the sports and fitness industry in Kosovo, combining business management experience with a strong academic foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and has completed certifications in administrative sports management from the International Olympic Academy. His work includes integrating padel as a sports subject in schools and universities, promoting structured development pathways, and ensuring sustainable growth of the sport at both grassroots and elite levels.
Mr. Kika’s expertise spans sports management, business development, coaching, event organization, and institutional leadership, making him a central figure in Kosovo’s sports landscape and a driving force behind the national and regional advancement of padel.
